🛡️ Adult Signature Required on All Deliveries
Federal law requires age verification for all vapor product shipments. Every GAGA X Bar order requires an adult signature (21+) at the time of delivery. The carrier will check a valid government-issued photo ID. Orders cannot be left at the door, shipped to PO boxes, or redirected to alternate addresses without re-verification.
No exceptions — if the recipient cannot verify age, the package will be returned and a restocking fee may apply.
Delivery Options
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times begin once your order has been dispatched. You will receive a tracking number via email.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.
📦 Track Your GAGA X Bar Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s tracking page. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account. If your tracking has not updated within 48 hours of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact our support team.
⚠️ States & Territories Where We Cannot Ship
Due to state and local regulations governing the sale and delivery of vapor products, GAGA X Bar is unable to ship to the following locations. If you place an order from a restricted area, it will be automatically cancelled and refunded within 5–7 business days.
- Refer to your state and local laws before ordering — regulations change frequently.
- We maintain an up-to-date restricted list and will notify you at checkout if your address is in a restricted zone.
- Certain cities and counties within otherwise permitted states may also restrict vape deliveries.

📋 PACT Act & Regulatory Compliance
GAGA X Bar fully complies with the Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act. This means:
- All shipments use carriers registered with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) for vapor product delivery.
- Adult signature (21+) with valid photo ID is required upon delivery — no exceptions.
- We collect and remit all applicable state and local excise taxes on vapor products.
- All customer sales data is reported to applicable state and local tax administrators as required by law.
- We do not ship via USPS for vapor products in compliance with the PACT Act postal ban effective March 2021.
